Having a taste of the local cuisine of a country should be a big part of your plan while travelling especially when it comes to street food. Cuoppo is one of the most famous street food in South Italy and Naples in particular. It consists of a variety of ingredients such as potato croquettes, mozzarella cheese, aubergine, zucchini, ham, and sea food like sardines and seaweed in dough that is deeply fried in olive oil and served hot in a paper cone. Cuoppo can be found in some food vendors; mainly ones that are located in side streets around the city of Naples. It’s affordable, delicious, and a great snack or starter. Make sure to look for it the next time you are in town πŸ˜‰
